Working on both heritage and new build projects, we provide a full design service from renovation stage, alongside complete furnishing, consultancy services and artwork sourcing and creation.
At the heart of our work lies a passion for infusing design concepts with beautiful, bespoke and unique pieces from artists and craftspeople.
Smallpeice House served as our home in 2025 - our first physical studio, nestled within a semi-derelict Georgian building in the heart of Leamington Spa. It shaped our growth as a practice and marked an important chapter in our story. As one door closes, another opens for the new year.

The transformation of Great Hampton Street Works is finally complete. This former Victorian button factory in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter has been lovingly restored and now host to 29 unique loft apartments. It’s been incredible to see the building’s industrial character come back to life, from the brickwork and arches to the hand-painted details.
